Who we are

Bounty Industries (“Bounty”, “we”) operates this website and is the controller of the personal data described here, and you can contact us at contact@bounty.africa or Dolingadreef 173, 1102WT Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the product and quantity you are interested in, your destination, preferred Incoterm and your message.

We use privacy-friendly website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page views, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure how fast pages load, and neither uses cookies or identifies you personally.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your request and to prepare and perform a sale if you go ahead, on the legal basis of taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in running a B2B trading business, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who receives it

Quote requests are delivered by email through Resend and handled by our team in the Netherlands and Nigeria, while the website is hosted by Vercel, and both providers process data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it by emailing contact@bounty.africa, and you also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
